A 10Gbps Line for the Corda Arena
How Wave C got a temporary test connection running inside the Corda Arena the moment the building was dust-free — with the full 10Gbps Lightspeed Enterprise line coming soon.
The Challenge
The Corda Arena needed an internet line of 10Gbps with very high uptime — a connection that has to carry live event streaming, VR experiences and visitor Wi-Fi all at once, in a large-capacity venue where downtime during an event simply isn't an option.
The Solution
As soon as the building reached the dust-free construction phase, Wave C immediately extended its network into the Arena and delivered a temporary line for testing — without waiting for the final fit-out to be finished. That let both teams start validating the setup well ahead of opening.
The Result
Testing is underway on the temporary connection today, and the full 10Gbps Lightspeed Enterprise line will be made available shortly — putting the Arena's network in place well before the first events go live.
A Tailored Offer for Events
Because the Arena is already connected via Wave C's Campus Connect infrastructure, Wave C could also develop a tailored offer for events: temporary extra lines can be provisioned per event, so the Arena's main line stays fully shielded from event-specific traffic.
